Overview
wine information
Slightly kissed by oak, this is still a classic Chablis with a mineral backbone on fresh green and yellow stone fruits.
Chablis is famous for its unoaked style of Chardonnay, but when it comes to Premier Cru and Grand Cru levels, oak is unavoidable. It gives it structure and roundness, softens the acidity and makes the wine sing.
