Learn the art of preparing, marinating and grilling (then, of course, eating) our finest aged Argentinian cuts. Learn the skills and vocabulary from our culinary course to confidently serve a selection of South America’s most popular cuts at home.
Our skilled head chef will give you an interactive demonstration of the butchery behind each prime beef cut, where you’ll end up knowing your Lomo from Ancho. Learn about our signature Argentinian marinating rubs and get an explanation of traditional grilling methods still used in Argentina today.
On arrival at Cookery School, you’ll receive a cheese board and a glass of Vina Patricia Malbec (from our own vineyard in Mendoza), as well as your own apron. During the cooking lesson you’ll learn how to cook the following steaks:
– Tira de Ancho, 300g
– Lomo 200g
– Churrasco de Chorizo, 300g
And we’ll also show you how to make your own personalised chimichurri and churrasco marinade which you’ll get to take home, along with some cuts of steak (we don’t expect you to eat it all on the day!).
