At Gaucho we’ve been working determinedly towards our goal of becoming a carbon neutral restaurant group by 2030. As part of this effort to becoming a sustainable restaurant group, we’re pleased to announce a brand-new Supper Club, where we will host a sustainable dinner that champion’s unique and often forgotten about cuts of meat, sourced locally with seasonable herbs and vegetables. Alongside this, we will be running an optional cocktail pairing menu, collaborating with some of our most valued sustainable drink brands.

Join us on the second to last Wednesday of the month, where we introduce a new sustainable dining and bespoke menu, for a truly unique experience. We will also be inviting some of the best local music talent, with a rotating roster of artists.
