At Gaucho we’ve been working determinedly towards our goal of becoming a carbon neutral restaurant group by 2030. As part of this effort to becoming a sustainable restaurant group, we’re pleased to announce a brand-new Supper Club, where we will host a sustainable dinner that champion’s unique and often forgotten about cuts of meat, sourced locally with seasonable herbs and vegetables. Alongside this, we will be running an optional cocktail pairing menu, collaborating with some of our most valued sustainable drink brands.
Join us again in September, when we will introduce a new sustainable dining menu, for a truly unique experience. We will also be inviting some of the best local music talent, with a rotating roster of artists.

- Zero waste sourdough bread, served with beef fat butter
- Kingfish ceviche, cashew and garlic gazpacho, grapes, orange gel and zest
- Entrana fina, criolla sauce, deep fried cassava with wild garlic seasoning
- Sweetcorn tres leche, sweetcorn ice cream, caramel popcorn and prickly pear
We’re Partnering With LØCI
Independent London-based sneaker brand LØCI launched in 2021 with a collection of 100% vegan luxury sneakers that don’t imitate leather. A firm favourite amongst A list celebrities and influencers around the world, LØCI sneakers are internationally reputed for their premium, long lasting quality and commitment to sustainability. Each pair is handmade in Porto, Portugal, using premium, durable materials crafted from recycled ocean plastic, with controlled production to prevent surplus supply. With environmental conservation at its core, 10% of profits on every pair of LØCI sneakers purchased is donated to protecting wildlife.
