With a lot of talk about ‘tannins’ and ‘terroir’, the wine world can seem a little intimidating, as folks in the wine business have an especially developed way of talking about their passion. Luckily, our sommelier-led wine-tasting event Sour Grapes, falls on the more informal side, one where you tend to drink a lot of wine in small helpings across a delightfully boozy evening.

Learn about an arsenal of grapy facts in a casual vibe, where we bridge the gap between winemaker and wine drinker. Afterwards, you will be equipped with a handful of basic terms to steer your friendly sommelier towards your preferences when choosing your next bottle.

As the evenings grow darker and the air turns crisp, it can only mean one thing: Halloween is upon us. Join us for a spine-chilling edition of Sour Grapes: Wicked Wines, where we’ll be featuring an enchanting selection of deep reds and luscious whites—perfect companions for those cozy autumn nights.

For one night only, we’re resurrecting our spooktacular Tarot Card reader, ready to unveil the mysteries of your future. Guests are encouraged to embrace the Halloween spirit and dress to impress—there will be wicked prizes for the best costumes. All this, £25 per person.
