From 1st April, a new à la carte menu lands at Gaucho – inspired by a journey across Latin America. From Uruguay to Mexico, it’s a celebration of bold flavours, vibrant ingredients, and striking colour.
Argentina remains at the heart of Gaucho, as always. This time, we’ve broadened our perspective, looking beyond to bring more expressive range of flavours to the table.
The inspiration comes directly from the source. Our Culinary Director, Anthony Ekizian, recently travelled across Latin America – eating, exploring, and fully immersing himself in the food and culture of the continent. What he brought back has shaped every dish on this menu.
From King Prawns Sugo, rich with tomato, rocoto heat and fresh basil, to Flat Iron Chicken layered with salsa macha mayo, bold salsa macha, peppery watercress, and a squeeze of lime – each dish offering its own distinct expression of flavour.
