You’re about to dine in what was once the historic silver vaults of the Bank of England. Where porters once moved and carved precious metals of immense value, you are about to cut into the UK’s best beef. The dining room in Gaucho City was redesigned in 2023, with inspiration drawn from the landscapes and textures of Latin America – a feature mural depicting the rolling Andes and their dusky hues takes pride of place along one wall of the restaurant.
