A Celebration of the Season

Throughout the summer, we’re introducing a collection of limited-edition dishes celebrating the very best seasonal ingredients.

Created by our chefs and inspired by recipes from the Gaucho Cookbook, each special showcases fresh flavours and exceptional produce. With a new dish every two weeks, there’s always something new to discover.

Now Serving: Tuna Tiradito 

Delicate slices of hand-cut yellowfin tuna, dressed in a lime & coconut sauce and finished with crisp cucumber and a gentle touch of chilli. Inspired by a recipe from the Gaucho cookbook
