Drawing inspiration from classic brunch favourites, the menu takes the UK’s most-loved breakfast staples and elevates them with Gaucho’s signature approach to quality, flavour, and Latin influence. From eggs prepared with precision to indulgent sweet plates and savoury dishes.
Highlights of our new brunch menu include silky scrambled eggs served with Gaucho cured smoked salmon, rich, balanced, and effortlessly simple. The Eggs Royale pairs golden yolk poached eggs with sourdough and smoked salmon, finished with a smooth Hollandaise, while the steak and eggs dish channels our core identity – a perfectly cooked cut, fried eggs, crisp chips and a vibrant chimichurri, all brought together in one satisfying plate.
Sweet brunch dishes are given the same care and attention. We’ve spent over 30 years perfecting our dulce de leche, creating a rich, smooth topping that pairs perfectly with a golden stack of pancakes.
Our new breakfast and brunch menu is available from 11am – 4pm every day at Gaucho Richmond, Piccadilly, Covent Garden and Hampstead.
