In our Argentine homeland graduates are surprised after their final exam by their loved ones with a barrage of airborne flour, eggs, milk, glitter, and even silly string, to mark the end of their student chapter.
In a nod to this twisted tradition, every 2025 graduate dining at Gaucho (select restaurants*) during June and July is entitled to a complimentary Dulce de Leche cheesecake.
