This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the established community of women working in wine. From winemakers, to winery owners, to our own incredible wine team here at Gaucho, we’re highlighting the contribution and industry leading work that women in wine are doing.
Join us across the whole of March to learn more about these wines as we champion 8 bottles from our wine list that come from female owned or produced vineyards. Including house favourites Susana Balbao’s Signature Malbec with its vibrant red cherry and raspberry palate, to Catena Zapata’s high-altitude marvel Malbec Argentino, with its chocolate and tobacco aroma.
We’re proud to partner with Women’s Aid for this initiative, and for the entire month of March we’ll be donating £5 from the sale of each of these 8 wines. Women’s Aid is compromised of 183 organisations that provide over 300 local lifesaving services to women and children across the country. For 50 years they have shaped policy and practice and raised awareness of domestic abuse.
