Flights to Mendoza

This prize draw is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a UK resident aged 18 or over. Gaucho reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out below. This promotion excludes employees of Gaucho and its associated brands (the “Promoter”), their immediate families, its affiliated companies, distributors, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the Promotion.

Eligible Participants can enter the prize draw by visiting Gaucho Group Instagram page between 16:00pm GMT on 17^th April and 15:00pm GMT on 28^th April (Closing Date) 2023 and tagging their companion and sharing the post on their stories as directed. Any entry received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the prize draw. No purchase or fee is necessary to enter this prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt and no entries will be acknowledged.

Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the competition.

Multiple entries per person is permitted, no entries from fake Instagram accounts are permitted. Rare Restaurants reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds (a) to be attempting to enter using a fake on invalid Instagram account; (b) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this prize draw; (c) to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (d) to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the competition.

There is a total of 1 prize. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by direct message from the Gaucho Group verified Instagram account (@gauchogroup) only on 28^th April 2023. Upon being contacted by Gaucho the winner will be provided with details of how the claim the prize.

The 1 prize is only deemed legitimate if confirmation is provided by the official Gaucho Group Instagram page and a working representative from Gaucho. Any wins from fake accounts will not be counted. Please be aware of fake accounts in operation and never provide your bank details. Gaucho would never require bank details via Instagram and is not responsible for any loss of funds if this occurs.

The winner must accept the prize within 30 days of notification. If the winner does not confirm their intention to claim the prize within this time, a supplementary winner may be selected from the remaining entries at Gaucho’s discretion.

The winner will be required to provide their name, address and passport details to enable Gaucho to book the prize flights.

The prize includes one pair of Economy return flight tickets from London to Mendoza (Argentina) only. Exact London airport and route of flight is subject to change when exact flight is selected.

Winner is responsible for all travel to and from airport and overnight stay if required to travel on selected flight.

Tickets shall have a confirmed validity period and shall be subject to availability at the time of making the booking

Winner will agree on the following holiday periods in each year during the validity of this agreement as periods in which flights may not be used: Summer, Christmas and all other National Holidays and Bank Holiday weekends:

Flights must be taken before the end of 2023

The travel companion must be aged 18 or over. These terms and conditions apply to both the Winner and the companion and references to the winner include (where the context permits) the travel companion. Both tickets must be redeemed at the same time and cannot be split. Tickets must be used on the same journey, on the same day and the same flights.

Where available, all prize flights will be issued as e-tickets. All transportation taxes, fees and charges are included. Tickets cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets.

The winner may only choose from a selection of flights provided by Gaucho and Air Europa. Domestic connections, transfers and other add-ons additional to the original flight path are not included.

The winner and his/her travelling companion are responsible for (a) supplying all required travel documents, taking out travel insurance and obtaining vaccinations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize; and (b) their travel arrangements and all associated costs or incidental expenses, including travel to/from the airport and accommodation and to/from the airport and home address. In addition, the winner is responsible for any income or use tax assessed in connection with the prize.

The prize is non changeable and non transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. No domestic add-ons are included.

Gaucho accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes. Gaucho has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators.

Gaucho’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Gaucho reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize draw without notice and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond its control.

Gaucho is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions of this prize draw.

Gaucho is not responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to Eligible Participants to the maximum extent permitted by law and will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused to Eligible Participants, except where and only to the extent that any such loss is caused by the negligence of Gaucho, its employees or agents.

This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.

By entering, the winner agrees that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
