Are dogs welcome in the restaurant?

Yes, dogs are welcome at our venues until 6pm, except Gaucho O2 due to the arena’s rules. Hampstead and Richmond welcome dogs all day long!

How long does a refund take?

Please allow 10 working days from the refund request date.

Do we have a halal menu? What options are available.

We do offer one halal steak which is Sirloin however this needs to be ordered 48 hours in advance to make sure we have it available. If you have any other questions or would like to would like to pre-order your halal steak, please call the restaurant you wish to visit.

What is the grace period for running late bookings?

Tables are always held for 15 minutes. If you are running later than this, please call the restaurant to let them know.

What is our cancellation policy?

Do you accept OpenTable vouchers?

We do not currently accept these.

Can my party choose from different menu’s?

Depending on the group size, you may be able to choose from different menus. For larger groups, we ask guests to choose from the same menu to ensure a smooth service. Please call the restaurant you wish to book for further information. 

Is the service charge discretionary?

Our service charge is automatically added to the bill, if you feel the service was not up to standard, this can be requested to be removed.

Can we bring our own cake and balloons into the restaurant?

We are happy for guests to bring cakes to all restaurants for celebrations; however, we are unable to handle them in the kitchen for allergy reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate balloons or decorations due to health and safety restrictions.

Do we have a dress code?

We do not have a strict dress code however most of our guests wear smart casual clothing.

How do I request the golf buggy in Richmond? 

Please call 30 mins ahead of your reservation to request this. The trip takes 15 mins in total, we cannot offer this service when it is raining or windy.

Do we run an 18+ policy to dine?     

No, children of all ages are welcome all day, however, electro brunch is strictly 21+.

Can we book a table by the window or outside?

Tables are always allocated on arrival; please call the restaurant and the team will certainly do their best to facilitate your requests.

What time do you close?

This depends on the day. We usually take reservations up until 11pm and the restaurant closes between 12am and 12.30am.

How much is a three-course meal on the A La Carte menu?

This cost varies largely depending on number of people and drinks. Please visit our Menus page to take a look at dish and drinks pricing.
