Gaucho takes allergen awareness seriously. We are committed to providing accurate information to help you make safe and informed choices about the food you eat with us.
Our menus are designed with awareness of the 14 major allergens as defined by UK food law: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and sulphur dioxide. Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when booking or on arrival.
While we take every precaution, our kitchens handle all 14 major allergens. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.
