History and ritual collide inside our former Methodist chapel in historic Deansgate, whether you’re enjoying a cosy booth dinner with a loved one, or right in the centre of our dining room for Sunday lunch with friends. Here, you’ll find a busy open kitchen sharing space with an original 19th century organ, the new 47-seat bar has been redesigned as a destination in its own right, bringing together signature cocktails, an extensive collection of Argentinian wines and an exclusive line-up of fine wines.
In an echo of the building’s tradition of community and gathering, our dishes revolve around relaxed hospitality. Pure-bred steaks tended at the grill are our signature, each celebrating the food heritage born of Argentina’s vast Pampas plains and the sociable bar culture of Buenos Aires. Add to that dishes inspired by Peru, Chile, Brazil and beyond and you have the essence of Latin American food culture: colourful and generous, to be enjoyed among friends.
