In the restaurant design we’ve drawn parallels between Buenos Aires and Tiger’s Bay, both bustling ports with a cosmopolitan edge. The copper shades reflect Cardiff’s coal furnaces, mirroring the copper mines of the Argentinean plains. The vivid black steel design speaks to the coal that put Cardiff on the global map – incorporating a hint of dark glamour to your dining experience.
