Proud to sit in the heart of the city, Gaucho has arrived in Wales as the premier steak restaurant in Cardiff. In the restaurant design we’ve drawn parallels between Buenos Aires and Tiger’s Bay, both bustling ports with a cosmopolitan edge. The copper shades reflect Cardiff’s coal furnaces, mirroring the copper mines of the Argentinean plains. The vivid black steel design speaks to the coal that put Cardiff on the global map – incorporating a hint of dark glamour to your dining experience.

Alongside serving the very best steak in Cardiff, Gaucho has partnered with a host of local suppliers to meld a taste of authentic Argentina with Wales. Order up some of the freshest fish from Snowdon Fisheries and wash it down with a Hensol Castle Gin, produced just northwest of the city. Finish up with some fabulous local cheese, courtesy of The Welsh Cheese Company.
