Gaucho Restaurants Ltd operates a chain of Argentine steak restaurants across the United Kingdom. We employ over 500 people and work with a range of food and beverage suppliers.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in any form. Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires all suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and to respect the rights of their workers.
We conduct due diligence on our supply chain, focusing on high-risk categories. We use supplier questionnaires and audits where appropriate.
All management staff receive training on identifying the signs of modern slavery and how to report concerns.
