This year Gaucho has created a haven away from the usual take on the festive season and festive menu; opting for a minimal Christmas approach without the cringe-worthy Christmas music or fanfare, coupled with simple decorations that (hopefully) won’t offend anyone.
Don’t get us wrong, we love festive cheer, but by the time its mid-December and you’ve heard Jingle Bells on every street corner, every few minutes of the day, we think you’ll possibly want to escape the Christmas frenzy – cue the Festive Season at Gaucho.
This includes three specially created, limited edition welcome cocktails including the Gingerbread Sour and a Mince Pie Manhattan, paired with a choice of starter – to include Roasted Sweet Potato Soup and Ham & Manchego Croquettes with pine nut and cranberry salsa. Main courses feature your choice of several signature cuts of steak, as well as a take on the tradition – Turkey Milanese, red cabbage and celeriac puree, to be followed by the all-important desserts which include our delicious Bread Pudding spiked with orange and cinnamon, served with vanilla ice cream, and Churros with cinnamon sugar and dulce de leche.
Our restaurants also now boast a stunning new wine selection with over 200 hand selected, often rare, Argentine wines to choose from – available across all our London and regional restaurants with am ever changing selection available to purchase via our wine shop .
