Right in the heart of the capital, paces away from busy Regent Street, our flagship – the first Argentinian steakhouse of its kind in London – still prizes the art of flame cooking above all else. It’s a secret long shared around the asado under the vast skies of the Argentinian Pampas.
Join friends for weekend cocktails, share tuna tartare and prawn chicharrón on the terrace with loved ones, or opt for a post-work classic ribeye in our relaxed townhouse dining room. Across our spaces, you’ll find that the tradition of the grill mingles with the buzz of bar culture, an echo of sultry Buenos Aires nights, where expertly mixed cocktails and conversation flow freely.
Our original concept started small (in the basement of the former home of the Spanish Ambassador in fact) but soon took flight, growing into a three-storey enterprise that still honours the adventurous spirit of the Gaucho, combining best-in-class steaks with the colours and flavours of Latin America. Now, as then, the grill is a symbol of warmth, hospitality and culinary flair, producing our beloved signatures alongside moreish small plates.
