At the heart of the collection, two traditions meet at the table. Our Chateaubriand, slow-grilled over an open flame and made for sharing, finds its perfect partner in the richer reds of Bordeaux. Crisp whites complement our Seabream, while Sauternes offers a fitting final glass alongside dessert.
